Executive Presence Isn’t Accidental—It’s Built

Before working with Elisia, I had stepped into an expanded leadership role at TikTok and knew I needed to bolster my executive presence, sharpen my managerial skills, and lead with more confidence. As you rise in your career, each step up can feel increasingly intimidating, and I needed support to make that transition with clarity and ease. Coaching felt like the right way to get there.

As we worked together, I found that I had more tools in my toolkit to navigate new or unexpected situations. Whether it was interpersonal conflict, a strategic rollout, or a company reorganization, Elisia helped me talk through complex scenarios and pressure-test different approaches. Her guidance enabled me to move forward feeling grounded and prepared.

What has been most meaningful to me is that our relationship hasn’t been limited to a single role or moment in time. With every job change and life transition, Elisia has continued to be a steady, thoughtful presence. She takes the time to check in, understand the full context of my life, and support me as a whole person- not just an executive. It’s truly more than a coaching relationship; it’s an ongoing partnership that has shaped how I lead and navigate change.

If another executive was considering coaching but feeling on the fence, I would tell them this: you’ve made it this far by relying on yourself. Now it’s time to bring in someone who can help clarify and elevate where you are going next. Elisia has guided me through crafting a personal mission statement and identifying the behaviors and values that would support it. That kind of intentional self-reflection is something we rarely make time for on our own, and has made a positive impact on my life both in and out of the workplace. Great players need a great coach- and Elisia has been that for me. The same can happen for you.

An Executive Coach Who Delivers Results for Teams and Individuals

Elisia is an incredible Executive Coach, we had her teach multiple leadership sessions with all of our managers and each of us have walked away with valuable and actionable steps to improve ourselves as leaders but also help coach and train our employees. I would highly recommend working with her with large groups but also as a one on one coach.

Building a Leadership Style That’s Actually Yours

Some people come into your life at exactly the right moment — and Elisia Keown one of those people for me.

I’m incredibly grateful to share that I recently joined her on The Executive Coaching Podcast. What made this conversation special wasn’t just the topics we covered — authenticity, values, asking for help — but the fact that I got to reflect on how profoundly Elisia has shaped who I am as a leader. When I first started working with her, I was navigating big shifts: bigger teams, bigger expectations, bigger stakes. She helped me slow down, get clear on my values, and build a leadership style that was mine.

Elisia pushed me to ask better questions, trust my instincts, show vulnerability when it mattered, and create space for my teams to do their best work. Many of the decisions I make today — the way I show up, the way I navigate noise, the way I choose clarity over chaos — are because of the work we’ve done together.

If you’ve ever had a coach, mentor, or colleague who helped you see yourself differently — who helped you level up — you’ll understand why this conversation means so much to me.
